It’s not a resolution, it’s a goal!


This year I put in less miles according to Strava than I did in 2014.

I can imagine this is down to me not commuting for one - and for two, putting the brakes on in September. I had acheived a great deal.

SO - this year I thought I would stand it on its head.

5000 in 2014.

3700 in 2015

I am looking to put away around 7000 for 2016 on a bike and 25 miles in the pool.

134 miles a week ridden, and half a mile a week in the pool.


Who knows.

What I do know is I am tired of setting the bar just low enough that I am comfortable reaching it.
