Saying “thank you”
Saying thank you matters. Showing your appreciation. Even more so in these interesting times.
I am very fortunate to work at a place (I could stop here in all fairness) where we have a mechanism that works for this, is respected, and used.
Who would have thought that a simple thing like an ASCII elephant in an IRC window could bring so much joy…
So my recconing that is…erm what?… 4900 over 28 months… carry the two, [inaudible muttering]… thats about 175 per month so far, so maybe 43 a week, 8 a day…. hell thats one an hour!
I feel even better now.
