Don’t Should All Over Yourself
I saw this at work this week - and it is fabulous.
Having read through it a number of times I really wasn't getting it.
It is a play on words.
When you say "I should have done X" it cases a negative implication over the statement.
This is HUGELY ME. it is also hugely true.
Try choice of internal dialogue we use has an effect on how we see it.
Using COULD or WANT puts this as a positive possibility in the future.
Small things. Bigger outcomes.
